Healthed seminar bookings Refund Policy and Cancellation of Registration: There is a $100 cancellation fee for all Healthed seminars. Cancellation must be in writing and directed to the seminar secretariat at least 21 days prior to scheduled seminar date. The cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are not available if registration is cancelled within 21 days of seminar date unless required by law. If you wish to cancel or transfer your registration to another person, please notify the secretariat via info@healthed.com.au. Name and seminar transfers are granted at Healthed’s discretion. Seminar transfers are valid only for events in the next year up to the seminar of the same name. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled at no fault of the customer, a seminar credit or product of equivalent value will be provided in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Any tickets purchased on Specials of under $150 are non-refundable and non-transferable. All dates, venues and programmes are subject to change at any time. Evening Seminar Events: Payment for evening seminars is non-refundable. Once payment has been processed no refunds or transfers of any kind will be available without exception. Dates and times are subject to change – you will be advised of any changes via email if you are registered. Payment Policy: For purchases requiring payment, payment is required at checkout. If you have purchased a book or other physical product, orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days, and delivered within 10 business days. Orders are delivered by Australia Post. Seminar passes are dispatched in the weeks leading up to the event. After purchasing a product, you will receive an email containing your invoice and receipt if applicable. GST: All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Seminar Liability: The organisers will make every effort to ensure that events and programs will take place as advertised, but we do not take financial responsibility for changes or disruptions that may occur as result of events beyond our control. Photography and video recording By registering and attending a Healthed seminar/event, you: • Irrevocably authorise and grant to Healthed the right at its sole discretion to film (picture and voice) or photograph you, which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes’ • Grant Healthed the permission to use and edit these images and recordings in any and all publications and materials without payment or consideration; • Understand Healthed owns the copyright and other intellectual property rights of these photos and videos. Healthed respects your right to privacy. In the event you do not wish to appear in photos or videos taken and used by Healthed, the attendee can inform Healthed at the time photos or videos are being taken, or write to Healthed prior to the seminar/event. Privacy Notice Healthed respects your privacy. The information you provide is collected to process your registration and related enquiries. Providing this information is voluntary; however, if you choose not to provide it, we may be unable to complete your registration. We may use your information to inform you about Healthed products, services, offers and upcoming events, and to improve the services we provide. We may also disclose limited information to event sponsors so they can send you direct marketing offers that may be of professional interest.
